Selecting the right builder and architect is essential to a successful project. JDID will help identify and facilitate conversations with potential project partners, evaluate overall fit, and gather preliminary information regarding fees, process, and anticipated timelines—providing clarity and confidence as you assemble the right team.

JDID will coordinate preliminary pricing with the appropriate project partners to help establish an early understanding of anticipated project costs. Once proposals are received, we’ll review and organize the information for consistency, identify key differences, and present a clear comparison to help guide informed decisions before moving forward.

Before committing to a property, renovation, or major construction project, a Feasibility Study helps determine what’s possible—and whether the project aligns with your vision, priorities, and investment.
JDID evaluates the existing conditions, desired scope, spatial opportunities, and potential design direction to provide a clearer understanding of the project before significant time and resources are invested.
Depending on the project, a Feasibility Study may include review of existing plans or property conditions, preliminary space planning, potential architectural or interior modifications, scope considerations, and high-level guidance on budget and next steps.
The goal is simple: to make informed decisions early, before costly decisions are made.
