Reimagining a home's hidden potential.

Created through our Vision by JDID service, this project began with homeowners who saw the promise of their Spanish-inspired residence but needed a clear design direction before committing to construction. While the home possessed beautiful architectural character and strong bones, years of updates had left the interiors feeling dated and disconnected.

Working from measured dimensions, we developed a fully scaled three-dimensional model of the home, allowing every design decision to be explored within the existing architecture. Through an iterative process of refinement, we introduced warm natural materials, architectural details, and a more cohesive flow that honored the home's original character while adapting it for modern living.

The resulting visualizations became more than presentation images. They provided the homeowners with the confidence to move forward and gave contractors a clear understanding of the design intent, helping establish meaningful conversations around scope, logistics, and pricing before construction began.
