This renovation included a full redesign of the kitchen, laundry room, butler’s pantry, primary bath, and kids’ bath. The existing layout felt outdated and compartmentalized, so we reworked the flow to improve function for a young, active family — all while preserving the home’s Georgian character.

We brought in bold materials and thoughtful contrast to give each space a fresh, modern feel without losing warmth. Our role covered space planning, finish selection, millwork design, and coordination with trades to bring it all to life — ensuring no detail was overlooked.
