Set on 6.7 acres in the heart of Odessa, Innfields is a one-of-a-kind family estate thoughtfully designed to embrace its natural surroundings while creating a lasting legacy for generations to come. Developed in close collaboration with the homeowners and architect, the property pairs a new 9,000-square-foot residence with the careful restoration of an existing barn, preserving the character of the site while establishing a cohesive architectural vision across the estate.
Currently in Design Development, the project continues to evolve through an integrated design process that thoughtfully considers the architecture, interiors, landscape, and outdoor living experience as one unified whole. Every decision is guided by the belief that exceptional homes are shaped not only by beautiful details, but by the relationship between the home, the land, and the life it is designed to support.
