The earlier we're involved, the more opportunities we have to influence the outcome, but it's rarely too late to make a meaningful impact.

Our Full Service Design projects have a minimum design fee of $80,000, with most projects exceeding that based on the size, complexity, and scope of work.
Following your discovery meeting, we'll prepare a detailed proposal outlining our scope of services and corresponding design investment so you understand exactly what's included before making a commitment.
For clients financing new construction or major renovations, our design fee can often be included as part of the construction loan.

Our role is to lead the design process and protect the design intent throughout construction. We review submittals, answer design-related questions, conduct site visits, collaborate with your architect and contractor, and ensure every design decision is clearly communicated before it's built.
Before every project begins, we clearly define each team member's responsibilities so every aspect of the project is covered without unnecessary overlap. We believe clear roles create better collaboration, and better collaboration creates better homes.

Your design fee includes the development of your complete furnishings plan. Once selections are finalized, you're welcome to purchase items independently or have JDID manage procurement for a separate fee.
Clients who choose procurement trust us to handle ordering, tracking, receiving, inspections, damage claims, storage, delivery coordination, installation, and final styling. It's a service designed to simplify an otherwise complex process, but the choice is always yours.
